Subs and Capitation Fees
Information for parents
Subs and Capitation fees are collected by the Group to fund your childs scouting. This applies to Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers.
Capitation fees are paid into the district whereas subs fund scouting locally.
The total cost of Subs and Capitation is £90 per year. This can be paid in one of two ways:
- Three payments of £30 paid promptly at the start of each term
- Four payments of £22.50 paid quarterly by standing order. Forms are available from the leaders.
The preferred option of the scouts is that payments are made by standing order as this saves the time otherwise spent in collection fees and chasing up overdue payments. Download a form by clicking on the link below. Print it off, fill it in and hand it to your childs section leader... Thankyou
