PROMISE AUCTION - 30 JUNE 2007

We need your help to raise funds to buy equipment

1st Eccleshall Scout Group is planning a Promise Auction to be held on the 30 June 2007 at Eccleshall Community Centre.

The tickets cost £2.00 including a hot meat roll by Perry's of Eccleshall

The purpose of the event is to assist in raising funds to purchase basic camping equipment and tents to allow the group to participate in a Sunrise Camp at Hesley Wood near Sheffield.

The Camp is being arranged so that 1st Eccleshall can be represented at the Centenary Celebrations - 2007 marks the 100th Year of Scouting.

We need your help

This could come in the form of a donation or even better a promise for the auction.

Anything regardless of size or value would be appreciated.

We intend to produce a catalogue of auction promises which will clearly advertise your generosity (or not if you would prefer to give anonymously).

If you could take a little time to think of something, anything, and then either e-mail or return the attached slip and we will contact you, there will be a promise post box situated at Scout HQ.
